This vintage video game was made by Coleco and was released in 1983 in conjunction with Rocky III.

The game came out on ColecoVision, however, the announced version for Intellivision was never released.

Rocky and Clubber Lang are the only two movie characters featured in Super-Action Boxing (see screenshot), and the Rocky Theme can be heard throughout gameplay which, by 1983 standards, was fairly realistic and boasted high-quality graphics. 

Much is left to be desired in the way of physical movement, but the two fighters can actually hold one another - that's one up on 2002's "Rocky: The Game"!
