This series of children's "See, Hear, and Read" records was produced after the theatrical release of Rocky III.  Each set originally came with one of the softcover books pictured (which doubled as a record sleeve).

The 45-RPM record allowed young readers to follow along with the words and pictures inside the book.

"Rocky Saves the Day", for instance, featured pages of black and white drawings of Rocky ready to color.
